Dr. Michael Girard’s research on goal-directed character animation is producing new Max tools. The head developer of Character Studio, Biped and Populate has posted a video showing new advances in his procedural character animation research, showing path-following characters combined with parametric coordinated interaction with chairs and stairs. Watch the video on Vimeo and check out old posts on Geppetto and People Power development for more.
