Computerinsel has released a new version of its image editing software with many new features and improvements. PhotoLine features include OpenEXR support, “real” PDF import and export, synchronous move and zoom mode for working with two images in sync, etc. Read about the new features on PhotoLine’s website.
Finally a competitor for Photoshop? I hope so … nobody needs the cloud!
Yes, it is an extremely competent application — exceeding P’shop in some respects, and at a rock bottom price.
But don’t just talk about it — go for the FREE 30 day trial. Downloading is a snap, just 27MB of zip file, installation takes a handful of seconds, and then you are off.
The engineer brothers who produce this enormously capable program must write the world’s tightest code — they pack such huge performance into such a small package.
I have no interest in PhotoLine except as a very satisfied customer who got tired of P’Shop’s bloat and have used P’Line for some years now professionally.
Just a great piece of Software. To buy Photoline was one of my best decisions.
I’ve effectively and completely dropped Photoshop in favor of Photoline for the post processing of my fine art photographs. It has everything I need, and quite a bit more.
