Adobe has released a sneak peek video of a new content aware fill tool coming to the next Photoshop release. In contrast with the current content aware fill, is offers addition controls over how objects are removed from scenes and appears to be more effective on challenging images. Watch it on YouTube.
Now that would finally be a CC feature that looks useful to me…
The paint feature to remove areas to sample caught my attention. But the rotate and scale, and mirror functionality, that should prove more useful for things that have hard lines and are less organic, which is more suited for my needs. I’ll be skeptical until I can try it for myself though, they always seem to pick images that work well for the technology they show off.
