Wacom unveils new Cintiq Companion

Wacom has announced two new 13″ Windows 8 and Android-based pen display / tablet computers, called Cintiq Companion and Cintiq Companion Hybrid. The Cintiq Companion is a fully functional, Windows 8-based tablet that can run software such as Photoshop or Corel Painter. The Cintiq Companion hybrid acts as a traditional desktop Cintiq when plugged into a Mac or PC and runs Android applications when mobile. Read the news release and find out more on Wacom.com.

$2000.00 for the base Windows 8 model and $1500 for the Android tab?!?
I must of missed something in the specs, gold stylus maybe?
With the Wacom Companion you´re payin´ for an overpriced Intuos 13 HD plus an i7 ultrabook with Windows 8 Pro… just in the line of Wacom.
