Nvidia releases Mental Ray for 3DS Max
Nvidia has released a new version of Mental Ray for 3DS Max. This latest version is free for single computer use, but offers varied pricing depending on your network rendering needs, through rental-only licensing. 3DS Max 2018 which was recently released, does not include Mental Ray as one of its default renderer options, which was the case with previous versions of 3DS Max. An MCG by Vusta for creating creating floor and wall tiling patterns using several built in styles. In addition it can use any arbitrary mesh or use a closed spline to create the tile geometry. Max 2016 SP3 + Extension 1/2 or Max 2017 are required. More on ScriptSpot.
