In the ongoing saga of Artists vs Disney/Dreamworks/Sony/BlueSky in a class action lawsuit involving wage theft and antitrust claims, it appears the artists have won again. After Bluesky, Sony, and Dreamworks agreed to a settlement last year, Disney has agreed to pay $100 Million to settle the long-running lawsuit against animators and visual effects artists, who alleged that multiple Hollywood companies had agreed to an anti-poaching pact that kept pay down.
