Call For Entries: 3D Studio MAX 3.0 Workshop Images
All artists that have read “3D Studio MAX Workshop” by Duane Loose (pub. by Hayden Books, May 2000) are invited to submit a still image they’ve created using the techniques and principles in the book. Copies of Duane’s new book: 3ds max 4 Workshop will be given to the artists submitting the best images.
I have received several AMAZING images from artists who have completed their own versions of the project in 3D Studio MAX 3.0 Workshop: TheEnd.avi. And I wanted to find a way to say thank-you for the great work. So I suggested that my publisher pony up some free copies of the next book, 3ds max 4 Workshop, which will be published by Que Books in May 2001, and they enthusiastically agreed. Submit 640×480 Targa images directly to me at Duane@iobh.com. . Voting Panel and Process TBD. Artists winning the free books will be notified by email so make sure your contact information is included with your submission
