Unity Technologies has announced that the recently acquired Bolt visual scripting asset is now available free of charge in all Unity plans. As well as the immediate availability of the tool, also announced was that Bolt 2 will also be free once it is released. Bolt 2 promises improvements in capability, scalability, performance, and ease of use.

Flowreactor looks really good. It will have an uphill battle to sell though.. With Bolt being acquired by Unity and being free and Unity also planning to release their own node base flowgraph. Acquiring Bolt was puzzling to me since they still plan on releasing their own.
