this will get sold to adobe and then ruined within 12 months 100% guaranteed
how can we bet on this kind of thing?

a real pity, i guess we hope the cracks get better so we dont have to use old versions. i feel ripped off now…

The kicker is the yearly sub runs twice what we pay for updates for a personal license ($300 vs $123), and still more than what I paid for the perpetual license itself since I got it on sale. I’d hate to be a small studio that’s required to get the enterprise license, that price is insane, not even a monthly option if they only need it for occasional projects.

Good time for them to lose even more money. We are in a pandemic and people are short on cash. Just wait it might turn around if not like Jamax said Adobe might be riding their ass so they can buy them.

Software in one of the field with the biggest margin in the world, but these ass*oles still want to milk people even more..

Alright, so this will be the end. Quitting now and searching for alternatives. Bye Marvelous Designer, it was a great tool, but using rental licenses only was a very bad and disappointing decision.
