Megascans Bridge 2020 released
Quixel has announced the release of This release see a redesigned UI that now includes sections for the latest collections, trending assets, and the newest uploads across every category. A new filter bar allows users to further refine searches, and assets that match the current selection can also be shown.
A new community tab allows users to view projects created with the Megascans alongside links to all the assets used. In a similar way, a tutorials tab makes it easy to locate the assets used in many of Quixel’s official tutorials.
The browsing experience has been improved with an updated 3D viewer to better preview PBR materials along with intertial rotation and zooming.
Finally, integrations for Blender, Maya and 3DS Max have been improved and support has been added for exporting to Alembic files.
