Maxtree has released MT Grass Vol 1, a collection of detailed 3D grass models that includes 20 grass species, each one with 10 variations. Models are available for 3DS Max 9 and above (with Scanline, V-Ray, Mental Ray and OctaneRender materials and textures) and FBX format (no materials and textures).
The collection also includes GrowFX source files for plant models (GrowFX 1.98+) and 9 V-Ray scenes created with Forest Pack Pro.
Note: OctaneRender doesn’t support vertex colors yet, so render results will look a little different to those from other renderers.
