FXGuide has posted an article discussing the upcoming features set to be included in Nuke 11. The article also touches on Foundry’s new product, Elara, which is a cloud-based service for post-production that centralizes infrastructure, creative tools and pipeline. You can read the full article on the FXGuide website.
Nuke 11 new features:
•Live Groups
•New Temporal Denoising (Image processing denoise – ie. for live action)
•Lens Distortion improvements (Complete rewrite – better fisheye etc)
•Proper AMD OpenCL support
•HP Z840 and NVIDIA Quadro P6000 certified H/W
•Timeline Disk Caching (10.5 already saw some improvement – this goes further)
That is a yearly update for the most expensive software in our industry – and people complain about Adobe and Autodesk 🙂
