Jacopo Colò has released Penzil, a free 3D sketching app that works in the browser but is capable of exporting to Blender. It can be used on desktop, but it has been particularly designed with the intention of using it on touch devices like tablets. See a short demo on YouTube and try it for yourself at www.penzil.app.
I don’t understand why at this time an app do not follow MRS convention. Put me off .
A short question: what is “MRS convention”?
“MRS Conference Services Program”? “Materials Research Society (MRS)”? “The 1st MRS Thailand Conference”?
thanks!
He probably means basic viewport navigation and object transforms. It’s been so standardized these days that it’s indeed embarrassing when someone still gets it wrong now in 2021 🙂
Correct Ludvik viewport navigation. I bungled the initials and listed only: move, rotate, scale. .
Seems interesting but viewport navigation is impossible and immediately makes it looks useless, hard to give it a try a bit.
