Sorry Unity, you guys need to do more. Epic killed it with the 1 million sales cut, I know that was tough for competition, but Epic really worked this one.
For a start make unity’s dark theme UI as default for everything, perhaps create a new business model that could compete, up the game on visual scripting priorities to counter Blueprints in UE.
Very true. Epic has Fortnite as a cashcow, which enables them to push Unreal everywhere. Hard to compete with this. Not saying it’s bad, btw. Just smart marketing.
I for one can’t complain about Unity’s UI while Unreal keeps that horrible tabbed UI. The tech is impressive though, I agree.
