Adobe has released new versions of After Effects and Premiere Pro, among other programs. After Effects 7.0 new features include an enhanced user interface (hopefully a successful attempt at eliminating the need for constantly resizing windows), a new Graph Editor, 32-bit color space support (Pro version only) and a lens blur effect for imitating the lens of a real-world camera. Find out more at Digit Magazine, Digital Producer (First Look: After Effects 7.0 Pro), and Adobe.
