Artlantis 2019 released
Abvent has released a new version of Artlantis, it’s renderer aimed at architects, interior designers, landscapers, urban planners, and other design professionals. Artlantis 2019 includes: a new site insertion tool that allows the user to quickly align their 3D buildings with 2D photos; an improved vegetation tool that allows the user to either add vegetation objects one at a time or using scattering algorithms to fill areas; automatic exposure; an expanded library including 3D grass models, characters and vehicles; and Twinlinker, a paid add on that will allow users to create and share unlimited virtual visits online.
Because it supports DXF, DWG, OBJ, FBX and 3DS importing, Artlantis is compatible with a wide range of DCC and CAD apps, but there are specific plugins for Archicad, Rhinoceros, Vectorworks, Autodesk Revit, and SketchUp.
A full license of Artlantis costs €650, and a free demo is available. Find out more on the tool’s website.
