Isotropix has announced Clarisse 3.0, a significant new release of its software that blends compositing, layout, animation and rendering functionality into a single application. New features include:

- Advanced UV baking

- Ability to disable objects and contexts
- Manipulator enhancements
- New snapping tools
- Project search path
- Python based point-cloud generation and baking
- Python command output
- Alembic looping controls and Alembic exporter
- Displacements support in shading layers
- Improved fur interpolation
- Density map based point cloud generation
