New features in the latest version of Render Legion’s Corona Renderer include 3DS Max 2016 support, a Corona Bitmap shader that speeds up rendering, much faster Particle Flow without memory limitations (support for instancing) and with better motion blur, plus other minor enhancements and bug fixes.
Also of note, Render Legion announced that it keeps expanding its team and is looking for experienced developers. More on the Corona Renderer blog.

does it support hair and fur modifier and specifically the color attributes for the root and tip of hairs plus mutan colors?
I think you still have to convert it to geometry, not sure about the color attributes but I doubt it. Funny because I was thinking today that it would be neat if it had native efficient hair rendering.
