Vray Is great but it still is very annoying that its SSS is lagging behind, It’s got a very very slow Alshader, an outdated native fast sss, and a grand issue with two SSS objects intersecting creating dark lines instead of blending nicely.
FR seems to be pushing for a nice SSS here.
