FlowBlur-App allows you to add motion blur to existing footage
GRisk has announced FlowBlur-App, an open source windows application that uses AI to apply motion blur to existing footage (and renders) using motion vectors. You can download the source code and a standalone windows application from the project’s itch.io page. The app is free, but if you find it useful you can support the developer on Patreon
GRisk are also responsible for the Dain-App (previously reported). Dain-App is able to interpolate frames and smooth out low-framerate video, but examples also show it working well for tweening in pixel art and stop motion animation. This application and its source code are also available on itch.io with an option for a voluntary donation of $9.90.
