LK Lightning 2.5 released, plugin now available free of charge

Developed by Leonard Koch, LK Lightning is a Softimage plugin that provides a toolset for the creation of non-simulated strand-dynamics, with quite a few tools dedicated to the creation of lightning effects. Version 2.5 introduces Stages, which allow to create much more complex behaviors by assigning different sets of controllers to particles based on which stage they are in. Along with the 2.5 release, the author has now generously shared the plugin for free, due to Softimage being discontinued. Find out more on Leonard Koch’s website.
