Itoo Software has released new versions of two of its useful free plugins for 3D Studio Max / Viz:
– Forest Pack Lite 1.3
– Clone 2.0
Both can be downloaded from Itoo Software’s site.
* Forest Pack is a package of eight plugins for 3D Studio Max and 3D Studio Viz designed for creation of large surfaces of trees and plants (as well as other objects).
New features include:
– Adjustable density fallof from camera distance
– Custom random materials based on probabilities
– Improved 3D Studio Viz support
* Clone is a modifier which can be used to create copies of an object. It is similar to the Array tool in 3DS Max, except that it is parametric.
New features:
– New transform rollout, with random translation, rotation, scale and materials
