Idyllic Pixel has released several updates to PureRef, its popular free image reference organiser and viewer. The recent updates fix many bugs and add some smaller features and improvements such as improved support for EXR, SVG and TGA. The release is also significant for marking the return to development for the tool after a hiatus of nearly 3 years. Find out more about PureRef on Idyllic Pixel’s website and find out what’s new in the online changelog.
I’ve tried a while back and liked it quite a lot. Then I gave up. The amount of memory it was using was quite a lot. I keep going back to the old, trusty, Irfan View. I know they’re two different types of programs but I like to keep it lightweight. And all in all, Irfan View browser is not that bad (and still fast).
XNVIW MP is better if you do so…
it’s 2020, what you working on, some old ultrabook with 8 gigs of ram?
