Madrid-based Next Limit has announced RealFlow | Cinema 4D, a version of the fluid dynamics simulation software that works inside Maxon’s 3D application and offers an easy workflow and the ability to use native Cinema 4D modifiers and tools combined with RealFlow. The software is scheduled for release in June. More on RealFlow’s website.
I have to say it. The splash ring of the logo looks awful.. it’s how you don’t want a fluid sim to look like combined with a cheap metal shader..
The plugin itself sounds really promising though!
They need some better examples, it will be interesting to see what the limitations are compared to the full version.
I would say it might light a fire under Autodesk, but I doubt it.
Why would there be limitation?
it is paid plugin.
Ah, thought it was a bundled plugin.
If having it as the #1 wishlist feature merely resulted in Autodesk flipping off the users and doing what they felt like doing anyway, not sure this fire is more effective than any other.
why they are releasing it only for cinema4d and not for 3dsmax too?
waiting for so long and now only for c4d…
