AI is bringing unexpected developments. UK artist and veteran Max user Jake Denham has made available a video in which he claims to have used vibe-coding with AI to rebuild Max’s workflow on top of Blender. According to the artist, the Blender version has Max hotkeys, the quad menu and the modifier stack. It opens .max files and starts about 4x quicker than Max. Plus it offers some functionality Max doesn’t, in addition to running Blender tools. Jake Denham says it’s a personal project and not available for sale, but plenty of Max artists are responding enthusiastically. Watch the video on YouTube.
