Chaos Group has released an updated version of V-Ray for 3DS Max. New features include a new viewport IPR mode that is also faster and now supports atmospheric effects, completely redesigned glare and bloom effects for improved speed and accuracy, faster multi-GPU bucket rendering plus support for Cryptomatte, faster and better sampling of environment fog on V-Ray GPU, support for rendering dispersion effects on the GPU, a new Rolling Shutter option that can simulate the warped motion blur effects seen in footage from digital video and cell phone cameras, new Glint and Glitter controls for better highlights in the VRayHair shader, improved lighting passes and more.
