Krita 3.0 features announced

The developers of the open source painting and image editing software have disclosed the new features of the upcoming v3.0 version, which was funded through Kickstarter. Krita 3.0 will have: Instant Preview, animation support, rulers and guides, grid docker, snapping to guides and grids, layer multi-selection handling improvements, loading and saving Gimp brushes as images and a completely revamped layer management panel. Krita is currently in pre-alpha 3 stage. No release date is available yet. More on Krita’s website.
