New features in 3Dflow’s image-based modeling software include:
- 3DF Zephyr is now also a 3D model viewer (supported point clouds, mesh and textured mesh – ply, pts, ptx, xyz, obj+mtl, las, e57, dae, collada )
- Synchronized Camera Shooting beta (Supports Canon EOS DSLR only, Zephyr Lite up to 2 cameras)
- New point cloud streamed rendering
- It is now possible to edit animation keypoints using a visual gizmo
- It is now possible to extract frames from .mov files
- It is now possible to choose between JPG and PNG when extracting frames from videos
- SfM and MvS speed improvements
- Added pivot central in pivot view mode
- Improved rendering for point clouds
- Improved point removal of point clouds
- Improved dump/crash report
- Improved noise removal procedure during MVS
- Improved camera selection dialogs
- It’s now possible structure an unstructured point cloud or mesh (Pro and Aerial versions)
- It’s now possible to merge workspace in the same reference system (Pro and Aerial versions)
- Added e57 import support (Pro and Aerial versions)
