Markus Boos has launched a campaign through Indiegogo to cover the cost of updating and recompiling his useful camera projection map modifier for 3DS Max 2015. CameraMapGemini offers various features over 3DS Max’s default tools, including managing up to 10 projections within one modifier, custom projection resolution and aspect ratio, CameraMapGeminiMap for per-pixel rendering (there’s no longer need to subdivide the mesh before the projection), etc. More information available on Indiegogo.
Come on guys, let fund this, it’s good stuff! Do you really want to do cam maps with the awful built in modifiers and have to crazy subdivide them from now on? 😉
