(Updated) Procedural Inc. have posted a video showing CityEngine at work on their Medieval City sample scene.
New features in the latest version of Procedural’s 3D urban environment creation software include: direct 3D export to E-on Software’s Vue, new procedural operations for massing and urban planning (setback, L/O/U-shapes, scatter, cardinal direction selectors, etc.), terrain alignment functionalities and terrain export as mesh, improved OpenStreetMap import with street width control and building footprint support, detailed medieval town sample scene available for download, etc. Also of note, Procedural Inc. are offering a Xmas discount for CityEngine Pro and CityEngine Studio.
