Raylight has released v1.0 of EasySkin, their tool that significantly reduces the time needed for skinning a model in Max. EasySkin offers a UI that highlights the tools and the most useful options of the skin modifier, as well as adds a bubble system that creates spheroidal envelopes, giving a smoother nuance and creating a better harmony between vertices. As always – Raylight create a best tools for max.
Those guys must work in 3d max team.
Autodesk- thinking about completely rewrite an animation module in max.

Why these Tools are really great, it was the 3dsmax development team that put the HeatMap- and Voxel solver into 3dsmax.
Why can`t 3rd Party and core 3dsmax Team coexist peacefully next to each other for you? There will always be a place for improvements to existing features for 3rd Party. That`s why MaxScript,MCG and the SDK exist. This doesn`t mean the core team isn`t capable of doing this.

What exactly is your problem with that?
