A small clarification on the Lume Tools for Max news item: Lume Tools was not wholly purchased from Lume, Inc. by Mental Images. Lume Tools has a different licensing arrangement on each platform, and for the 3ds max version that Digimation is currently working on they are licensing it directly from Lume, Inc. My apologies for any confusion.
