FStorm renderer gains new denoiser
Following demand from it’s users, FStorm has introduced a new denoiser. Once enabled, it offers several adjustable settings to fine-tune the denoising process, including separate controls for color threshold, albedo threshold, normal threshold, and radius.
The denoiser works by combining the original image with a highly blurred version. To denoise an image, users can adjust thresholds for the channels mentioned above to achieve a balance between blurring and detail preservation.
