Netscape has released version 6 of its browser. Netscape 6 has been years in the making and is the result of the Mozilla open-source effort. Its core rendering engine “Gecko”, has been optimized for fast rendering speeds of complex HTML objects such as nested tables and the overall size of the browser has been kept surprisingly small.
