2001 is definitely the “Year of the Renderers” for SIGGRAPH. Steamboat Software will be showing Jig v1.5, the latest version of their 3D rendering software. Among the added features to Jig v1.5 are JiggyT, the software’s graphical user interface, network rendering with viewer, ExplosivoT, a new and improved particle pipeline and increased performance and functionality of hair and volume rendering.
Jig v1.5 delivers 3D rendering capabilities on three platforms – Linux, Windows NT and Irix.
