Lumion 11 released

Act3D has announced the release of Lumion 3D, the latest version of its real-time engine for architectural visualisation. Headline features include a new othographic view that allows users to create textured and lit plans, sections, and elevations as well as isometric renders. 

A new animated phasing effect allows the user to create build-up animations with tree growth animations and buildings being constructed by applying preset transitions. Other features include the ability to add rain streaks to glass surfaces as part of the precipitation effect, volumetric fire, micro shadows for spotlights, improved grass lighting, a metallic car shader, 401 new assets, custom IES spotlights, LiveSync for BricsCAD plug-in, a RAL colour picker, high-quality theater preview, and more.
