Lumion Pro 2.5 released, educational version free for students

New features in the latest version of Act-3D’s real-time architectural visualization software include:
– Hand-held camera effect with dust and scratches (Lumion Pro version)
– Underwater effect (all Lumion versions)
– 59 workflow improvements and bug fixes

Also of note, Act-3D have announced that a free, educational version with all the features of Lumion is now available. Educational institutions can apply for Lumion Educational via the Lumion website, and provide it to their students for free. It does not, however, offer the features of the Pro version, which is also available to educational institutions at a significantly reduced price. A comparison chart is available on Lumion’s website.
