Spanish engineer Juan Ángel Medina is launching Moyupi, a startup dedicated to turning children’s drawings into 3D printed toys. Children sketches are sent to Moyupi and the company’s designers turn the drawings into 3D models using ZBrush. After that, they are 3D printed using a nontoxic, plastic material, and then hand-painted and varnished, achieving a colorful, durable and kid-safe finish. Find out more on Moyupi’s website and Kickstarter campaign.
