Stability AI launches new animation tools

Stability AI, a leading open-source artificial intelligence company, has announced the release of its Stable Animation SDK. This tool allows artists and developers to create animations by leveraging the most advanced Stable Diffusion models.

The Stable Animation SDK offers users three methods to generate animations, including using text prompts without images, a source image, or a source video. Artists can access all Stable Diffusion models, such as Stable Diffusion 2.0 and Stable Diffusion XL, to create their animations.

Interesting for sure. Let’s hope there is a free offline version at one point. But for now it looks like it has not this much more to offer than the Deforum Stable Diffusion, which is even offline available for months already.
