Unreal Engine 4.10 released

Epic Games has released an update to its game engine and development tools with a focus on increased engine stability. New features include: refraction effects fully supported on mobile platforms, rendering optimizations for head mounted displays, Visual Studio 2015 support, new Material Quality system allows games to easily scale all the way down to low end mobile devices, etc. More on Unreal Engine’s website.

Many versioning schemes use sequence-based identifiers. So, the first sequence is for very important changes (like a complete rewrite or something) and following sequences are for less important changes.
That’s the way software versioning works. (arnold 4.2.11, mental ray 3.13, mac os 10.11, to name a few)
