Hypercosm announced the release of the Hypercosm Teleporter for 3D interactive exporting of 3ds max scenes.
Hypercosm’s advantages include:
– Uncommonly low files for web-ready 3ds max models
– Direct publishing to a web page with a just a few mouse clicks
– Free content viewing with the Hypercosm Player
– Built-in peer-to-peer collaborative viewing mode
– High fidelity—complete preservation of object hierarchy, animations, texture mapping, modifiers, and many more features
“Hypercosm’s web based simulation technology allows you to create true web-based simulations – not just 3D paperweights that you can spin around,” Mr. Megahed continued. “Our unique approach to encoding 3D scenes results in lower file sizes and allows you to create detailed simulations that in many cases are only a few tens to hundreds of kilobytes in size. This lets you use 3D that can actually be deployed to where people need the information the most.”
Hypercosm Teleporter is the second in a series of 3D software tools that also includes the free Hypercosm Player. This is available for download at www.hypercosm.com. Hypercosm Studio, a developers kit for scripting the an unlimited set of behaviors, input and output triggers, and interactivity into exported applets, is currently available for market partners and through our services division. It will be released in 2005.
