Autodesk have released Service Pack 3 for 3ds Max 8. It includes a number of fixes for 3ds max 8 across several functional areas, including Biped, Cloth, Editable Poly, Load/Save Animation and Primitives. This service pack is only for the English-language version of max 8.

Is it just me, or has Max 8 had more service packs in a shorter period of time than any release of Max…well…EVER?
I’d rather they fix and update faster like this — their old release policies were a potential liability to anyone that hit a show stopper bug.
