I hope they will.. But I have feeling they will need Premiere Pro, After effects and Audition alternatives for Affinity family too if they want to compete with Adobe’s subscription 🙁 Don’t know is there coming any… Just read long time ago from serif’s forum that “no movieplus x7 planned” so is there coming alternative like Affinity Movie/Premiere? Don’t know, but I hope so, I also hope some Affinity Compositing/Motion Effects 🙂

Affinity Publisher is already coming, can’t wait what it will bring. And I know that there is alternatives for Premiere and Ae already, even free like Davinci resolve and Fusion – great tools but most of Adobe users are stuck in their workflow where all creative software work “seamlessly” together :/

But Affinity Photo and Designer are great tools, and I wish all best for these softwares – I hope they will kick Adobe’s ass – Affinity is really innovating and developing their software, not just cashing – they are making great customer service, incredible work what we all need.

There *is* an alternative to AfterFX/Premiere already! It is called BMD Fusion/Resolve. Very powerful and they have free versions.
