Anima 3.5 sneak peek
AXYZ Design has released a sneak peek for the upcoming version of Anima, its standalone crowd animation tool. The preview video demonstrates a live link between the user’s 3d modelling application and Anima allowing for the easy transfer and synchronisation of cameras, animations and geometry.
The update is due out 24 September, free for users who already have an Anima 3.x license. Anima Pro that includes integrations for 3DS Max, Cinema 4D and Unreal Engine costs €249, a free lite version is also available. Watch the preview of version 3.5 on AXYZ Design’s website.
In addition to the short teaser video, AXYZ Design has made a recording of a recent presentation at the D2 conference available in which they demonstrate the new features, deliver training on populating a large stadium and share information about what we can expect from Anima 4.0.
Today also saw the release of a new collection of ready-posed characters. The latest collection features couples in standing and sitting poses. View them on the AXYZ website.
