Jasper Brekelmans has released new versions of his Kinect-based applications Pro Body and Pro PointCloud. Improvements include a significant boost in data fidelity and quality thanks to the use of the Kinect for Windows v2 sensor.
Pro Body is a Windows application that does markerless body Motion Capture of up to 6 people using a Kinect sensor. A v2 features video is available on YouTube.
Pro PointCloud is a Windows application that records 3D point clouds using a Kinect sensor, and exports them to mesh-cache and particle-cache formats for use in most 3D packages. A v2 features video is available on YouTube.
