TyFlow is the best and fit beginners will quickly learn than bifrost.
These are the reason is good to have multiple options. Tyflow will be easier for beginngers thats for sure, but Bifrost has other potentials. To name only one you can not do per vertex manipulation in tyflow where you can do in bifrost for example.
Its great to have more quality training in bifrost. keep them coming!

Bring a chair or better a bed, if is like in the past you gonna cry for long, look at indie. The rithm at autod is sloooooowly.
