If you are a small studio or indie, quick and dirty method would be one of the the 360 cameras that have come out in the past few years. Insta360 One X and Evo shoot RAW for instance. Though currently there’s no auto bracketing when shooting in RAW, so there’s some manual switching of exposure in the app between shots. But they do the stitching for you so you only have to merge them. You end up with around 18MP HDRI when done. And if you are just using for lighting and reflections, the results are pretty good for the cost and minimum effort. Heck, if the lighting is decent and you are in a hurry, you can get away with one exposure and skip the whole merging part.
Thanks, that’s good to know =).
Buy a 360 camera and do it all in 10 min.
