Quixel, makers of the NDo2 normal mapping Photoshop plugin, have disclosed more information on their new texturing tool. DDo is a Photoshop plugin designed for facilitating the process of texturing scenes, props and characters. It offers material definition with realistic or stylized accumulation of wear & tear, allowing to control accumulation using normal, cavity, AO, height and object space filtering features – all individually expressed in every map channel.
The software also provides batch capabilities to process assets using master presets to create a 100% consistent look. DDo is currently in open beta. Watch some sample videos and find out more at Quixel.
