Looks like the 2080 is by far the best bang for the buck.
For most cases and uses, absolutely. They’re not including the 2080TI though. With the increased VRAM along with the full bandwidth NVLink connector I’d put my money on that one. Performance vise it should be very close to the Titan RTX. I believe the specs are almost identical, except for more VRAM on the Titan.
