Developed by New Zealand-based InterGrid, GreenButton delivers cloud computing to 3D applications. Render jobs are deployed upon request to computers in the InterGrid network. Autodesk has approved the creation of GreenButton plugins for 3DS Max and Maya, and Intergrid developers are looking forward to providing acceleration to 3rd party plugin renderers, too.
